Why we're saying this
Our Elite engagements are designed for founder-led healthcare practices generating $3M+ in annual revenue, with the complexity and operational scale that justifies CFO-level advisory. At smaller revenue or outside healthcare, the value of what we provide doesn't justify the engagement cost — you'd be paying for capability you can't yet use.
That doesn't mean you shouldn't have great financial guidance. It just means we aren't the right firm for that guidance right now.
Where to look instead
- If you're early-stage: a competent local bookkeeper paired with a tax preparer (CPA or EA) is the right move until you cross meaningful complexity thresholds. Look for someone who works with practices in your specific specialty.
- If you're outside healthcare: we don't recommend a generalist CPA at any revenue level — find a firm that specializes in your industry. Industry knowledge compounds.
- If your situation changes: circle back. Especially if your revenue crosses $3M and you're feeling the pinch of inadequate financial leadership.
